10* OVER Portland State/Weber State (BIG SKY TOY)

For a number of different reasons, I think this total is low. Both teams enter hungry for a win here at 8-10. Portland State will be particularly eager to return to action after a tight 69-67 home loss to Northern Colorado as a five-point favorite (note though that Portland State has seen the total go "over" the number in four of its last five after a SU/ATS home loss in which it was the favorite and in which it was held to 69 or fewer points in.) Portland State does average 77.7 PPG though. Weber State will have to match pace here, as it comes in averaging 66.1 PPG. It's seen the total go "under" in four straight, but that's only helped in driving today's O/U line a few points lower than it normally would/should be. When these teams played last year, Portland State won by a score of 81-75. I predict a similar final combined score here as well; the play is the "over!"
