Nebraska has dropped three of its first four games and the led to the firing of coach Scott Frost. Indiana won its first three games, but its coming off its first loss of the season at Cincinnati last weekend. The Hoosiers strength of schedule has to be called into question here, with wins over Illinois, Idaho and WKU. QB Connor Bazelak has been decent with 1,171 passing yards, seven TD's and four INT's. IU so far concedes 29.2 PPG, so interim Nebraska coach Mickey Joseph will look to take advantage and get his team back on track. He lost 49-14 to Oklahoma last weekend, but this is finally a matchup that favors Casey Thompson and the home side in my opinion. Thompson has thrown for almost 250 yards per game so far with a 65 percent completion percentage. The Huskers' weakness has come on the defensive side where they've allowed an average of 35.5 PPG. Look for the Huskers though to get back on track defensively here. I think Nebraska's offense is the difference-maker; consider laying the points in this one!
