The Jets have suffered back to back home defeats, 2-0 to the Islanders and 3-2 to the Blues. That should have them really motivated for tonight’s encounter. San Jose is playing its second straight road game after handing Calgary a 4-1 defeat. That win was impressive, as it was just the second regulation loss of the year for the Flames, but don’t forget that the Sharks are dealing with all sorts of COVID related problems right now as seven players and three staff members are away from the team.
