So both QB Murray and WR Hopkins are officially “game-time decisions” for Arizona. If one - or both - does not play, that obviously changes the game in a dynamic way. But remember what happened last Sunday night? The Cowboys announced they were resting Dak Prescott. The line shot the other way. The Cowboys won anyway. We believe the Cardinals can win this game, with or without Murray and/or Hopkins. The 49ers are a bit of a mess right now. They’d lost four in a row before defeating Chicago last week. And it wasn’t easy beating the Bears either. The Niners are typically terrible when favored (so we love getting Arizona as an underdog with all the uncertainty) and they have won just once in their new stadium since it opened last year. All the uncertainty over who will be the starting QB (Colt McCoy is Arizona’s backup) makes it tough for San Francisco to prepare. Arizona already beat SF once this year and still has the advantage.
