Vancouver, after losing its last five games, must now win out AND get help just to make the playoffs. While this may seem like a mismatch on paper, we believe the Canucks could steal this game or at the very least lose it by only one goal. Last night, they did get within one of the Oilers before McDavid’s empty net goal made it a 5-3 final. COVID-19 may have ravaged the Canucks season, but they won’t go down without a fight. The players know that one more loss and the season is over. So look for maximum effort tonight while the Oilers could very well “phone it in.” Play on VANCOUVER +1.5
