The Blues look to bounce back from a 4-3 loss they suffered at the hands of the Kings on Saturday. Prior to that loss, they had won four in a row and scored 18 goals. They are second in the West Division, two points behind Vegas, so a win here could have them tied for first (Vegas also plays tonight). If you’re looking to bounce back, facing San Jose is probably the easiest ask in this division. The Sharks are in last place with only 19 points and they have been shutout in two of their previous three games. Both of those shutouts were 4-0 losses, the more recent coming at home to Vegas Saturday night. The Sharks have lost three in a row overall as well as five of their last six. They’ve given up at least four goals in all five losses. It was 7-6 the last time they played the Blues, an amount of scoring we won’t see repeated here. Note the Blues’ loss in LA came in overtime after they’d blown a 3-1 lead. They very well could be on a five-game win streak entering tonight and they are simply better than San Jose. Play on ST.
