Boise State was to have a high-profile matchup against San Jose State last Saturday. (When was the last time San Jose State was in a “big game?”) Those are the only two teams without a conference loss in the Mountain West, but COVID-19 didn’t allow us to get down to one unbeaten. So after an unexpected week off, Boise now gets to play a team at the opposite end of the conference standings. UNLV is pretty much as bad as it gets with an 0-5 record. The best they’ve been able to do ATS is a single push. The Rebels haven’t played anyone close to as good as Boise State and yet they’ve lost every game by at least 13 points.They lost to San Diego State by 28 and Wyoming (last week at home) by 31. Boise State may have gotten blown out by BYU earlier in the year, but that was without their starting QB. Hank Bachmeier is back and the Broncos have gone 4-0 SU (3-1 ATS) in conference play while averaging 45.8 points per game. They get to go against a defense that is 114th in the country in yards allowed. This game will not be close. Play on BOISE STATE
