The Orioles have now lost three straight, and note that Baltimore if 4-1 in its last five after three or more straight losses in a row. Zach Eflin (14-8, 3.53 ERA) is just in the wrong place at the wrong time here for the Rays. Jack Flaherty (8-8, 4.98) will finally get a chance to bounce back here for his new team. We expect the veteran to match his counterpart. Great overall value here in getting the extra 1.5 runs of insurance - the play is Baltimore on the runline option!
