Oregon wound up winning the Pac 12 regular season title outright and thus is the top seed for the tournament. Oregon State had to win a game yesterday afternoon just to get here. The Beavers beat Utah 71-69 but as you can tell from that final score, it was not easy. The game-winning three-pointer was hit with 1.8 seconds left and OSU had to withstand a conference record 11 threes made by the Utes Alfonso Plummer. To have any chance today, the Beavers needed an easy win yesterday and that didn't happen. They had a week of prep time when they upset the Ducks in early February. They then lost the rematch by 15 in Eugene with slightly less rest. Oregon has rolled to four straight victories coming into the Pac 12 Tourney and the last three were all by double digits.
