Calgary finished with the most points in the Western Conference last regular season. But they would obviously switch places with St. Louis in a hearbeat as it was the Blues capturing their first ever Stanley Cup last June. These two teams meet Saturday night at the Saddledome. The Blues have won six straight. The Flames have won four of five, the last two coming here on home ice. For the Blues, this is a 4th consecutive game played on the road and the third in a row in Western Canada. They managed to down Vancouver and Edmonton back to back nights. But we think the schedule catches up with them here. Calgary has 22 points. There's only five teams with more, St. Louis being one of them. But the Blues are only +5 in goals scored vs. allowed. We think they're a little lucky to be sitting at 11-3-3 right now. The Flames are averaging 4.0 goals/game at home where they are 6-2. St. Louis has had to come from behind in 8 of its 11 wins.
