Bettors have apparently started to take note of the Ravens preseason reputation as they've been bet way up for this third game against the Eagles. On the surface, the line move makes sense. With a 26-13 win last week over Green Bay, Baltimore ran its preseason win streak to 11 games! They were 5-0 in 2017 and 4-0 last year. They've dominated both games in 2019, also beating Jacksonville 29-0 in the opener. But this is now far too many points to lay for a preseason affair, especially as the road team and against a good Philadelphia squad no less. This will be the Ravens first time playing away from home in the preseason. The Eagles went into Jacksonville last week and won 24-10 as 2.5-pt underdogs, a nice bounce back from a poor effort in the opener. Now the bad news is that Philly has already lost two backup quarterbacks this preseason. This would be a much bigger problem were this not the third game. Carson Wentz will likely get on the field. Veteran Josh McCown was signed and rookie Clayton Thorson is getting plenty of game experience in light of the injuries to Nate Sudfeld and Cody Kessler. Ravens QB Jackson continues to run too much and was inaccurate last week to boot. Play on PHILADELPHIA
