Looking at the total, it just seems too high. Boston was held to only 97 points in a loss to Milwaukee last Thursday. There was no excuse for the poor defensive effort against the Bulls, but regardless I expect them to be better at that end of the floor this evening. Toronto was also just held under 100 pts in its last game. This figures to take on more of a "playoff-like" intensity, so a high-scoring affair seems unlikely. Both teams sport a top six defensive efficiency rating. It's been all Overs in the three previous head to head games this season, but this one will be different as it figures to be a pretty fierce battle.
