This ACC showdown has taken on a rather ominous tone due to some shocking events over the course of the week. Duke lost superstar Zion Williamson to injury just 33 seconds into the North Carolina game on Wednesday and was predictably unable to overcome his absence, losing 88-72 to their rival. But really that's nothing compared to what happened with Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim just a few hours later. A car being driven by Boeheim struck and killed a pedestrian on a highway. Unbelievably, Boeheim will coach Saturday. So that's the backdrop for what is a big revenge game for the Blue Devils. They were ill-prepared to deal with the Williamson injury when it happened, but now go into this game knowing he won't be playing and they've had 72 hours to prepare. Duke obviously has a lot of talent and it's not like they need any more motivation than the fact they lost at home to Syracuse last month, I don't see how Boeheim can have his team adequately prepared given his circumstance. Duke is 12-2 straight up when coming off an ACC loss the last three seasons. Play on DUKE
