This is a 10* TOTAL BLOCKBUSTER on the UNDER between the Washington Capitals and the Tampa Bay Lightning.

We had a play on the UNDER in Game 1 and while that contest would end up "pushing," we now feel that the conditions are right for a goaltenders battle in Game 2. The first thing that comes to mind when we think about these two teams is high-flying, deep and talented offenses.
