Neither of these pitchers instills much confidence, but Matt Harvey comes in off a strong spring and with a chip on his shoulder and we believe that's going to be more than enough to get the better of his equally as volatile counterpart today. The Phillies turn to Ben Lively, who was 4-7 with a 4.26 ERA last year, but whose 5.58 xFIP suggests that he likely got a bit "lucky." Lively was just 2-5 with a 4.06 ERA on the road last year. Harvey's been a shell of his former self the last couple of seasons, but note that he posted a sharp 18:6 K:BB over 20 innings of work this spring. All things considered, we feel this is an awesome price. Play on the METS.
