As note that Memphis has seen the total go UNDER the number in three of its last four after playing to two or more consecutive OVERs, while Detroit has seen the total go UNDER the number in three of four already this season after scoring 115 points or more in its previous outing (the Pistons come in off a very satisfying 125-114 win over the Cavs in their latest action.)
The bottom line: The win over Cleveland snapped an eight-game slide for the Pistons. Will Blake Griffin have a big impact in Detroit? It's hard to say, because he doesn't play much defense, which is a calling card of the Pistons of course. But whether Griffin makes an impact or not, it's not going to matter much over the first while in our opinion as the super star tries to adjust to his new surroundings. Memphis comes in off a comes in off a deflating 105-101 loss in Indiana just last night and we believe the last thing it can do is turn this one into a "track meet" and expect to "hang" with the Pistons. Play the UNDER.
