The Rangers are coming off a 4-3 home win over last place Toronto on Sunday, blowing two leads, but eventually finding a way to secure the victory. The Bolts are just 3-7-2 in their last 12, while scoring one or no goals nine times thus far. Tampa will be eager to bounce back with a much better effort after falling 1-0 to Florida on Monday as the Panthers completed a home-and-home sweep. After leading the league with 3.16 GAA last year, the Lightning have averaged just 2.30 to date: note though that Tampa Bay is 25-20 (+1.4 units) after scoring one goal or less in their previous game and 22-14 (+5.3 units) when playing with two days of rest. In our professional opinion, this is indeed the very definition of "great line value," play on the LIGHTNING.
