AAA's Thursday Night "ASSASSIN!" (4-1/80% L5 Thursday NFL!)
(NFL) Tennessee vs. Jacksonville,
Point Spread: 3.00 | -115.00 Tennessee (Away)
Result: Loss
Point Spread: 3.00 | -115.00 Tennessee (Away)
Result: Loss
This is an 8* ASSASSIN on the Tennessee Titans.
While we obviously wouldn't be shocked by an outright upset, we will in the end recommend grabbing as many points as you can as we look for the visitors to at the very least, take this one right down to the wire. Both of these AFC South teams are still in contention in the weak division, as everyone is still under .500 to this point. The Jags are coming off a lucky win over Baltimore last week, QB Blake Bortles finished with an unremarkable 188 passing yards, two TD's to one INT. Tennessee is coming off a 27-10 loss at the hands of the undefeated Panthers, QB Marcus Mariota was 16 for 24 for 185 yards and an INT; note though that Mariota did in fact play quite well in that one, it was simply a tough matchup for the rookie. Tennessee has been tough against the pass this year and is poised for a big night vs. the erratic Bortles, the unit is ranked No. 3 in that department. Two guys to keep your eyes on today are the Titans' CB Coty Sensabaugh and safety Michael Griffin. Note that Tennessee is 2-1 ATS in its last three as a road dog of three points or less, while Jacksonville is just 5-11 ATS in its last 16 at home. Play on the TITANS.
