This is a 10* SUNBELT TOW on the OVER Georgia Southern/ODU.
Georgia Southern needs just one more win to become eligible, sitting at 5-2, while ODU has some work to do at 3-4. With each team pushing the pace like I'm expecting, the OVER is the correct call as far as the total is concerned in my opinion.
The Monarchs come in off a quality 24-14 win over Texas State, where dual-threat QB Colton Joseph threw for 130 yards, while also rushing for 111 yards and three TD's.
Georgia Southern is off the 28-14 win over James Madison and I think the Eagles will be able to duplicate that offensive performance. Overall the Eagles average 32.9 PPG, while conceding 28.1.
Everything points to this total flying OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
