This is an 8* WINNER on the DRAW between Shakhtar and Bologna.

Bologna makes its debut in the Champions League here and while it has better historical stats than its opponent, its current form leaves everything to be desired.

The Rossoblu have drawn three of their four Serie A games so far and are winless on the season, most recently playing to a 2-2 draw with Como last week.

Shakhtar came out of the break with a 5-2 home win over Karpay Lviv.

Bologna though has drawn its last five competitive home games. But Shakhtar is winless in its last eight meetings vs. Italian teams in European competitions.

Considering all of these factors, a "war of attrition" appears the most likely outcome in my opinion.
