This is an 8* SITUATIONAL RUNLINE $TUNNER on the Royals runline.
Enough is enough as far as the Royals are concerned after six straight losses. I'm going to lay the price here though just in case for the extra 1.5 runs of insurance.
KC has Brady Singer (9-9, 3.36 ERA) on the mound, while the visitors counter with Tanner Bibee (10-6, 3.65.)
Yesterday's loss drops KC 4.5 games back of the Guardians for the division lead.
Bibee was just 1-2 with a pedestrian 4.64 ERA last month and he just gave up five runs off eight hits over five innings in a no-decision to these very Royals on Wednesday.
Singer gave up three runs over four innings in a no-decision to the Guardians back in early June, but most recently allowed two runs over six innings vs. the Astros on Thursday.
While the outright is clearly possible, I feel more comfortable grabbing the ROYALS on the RUNLINE option.
