This is a 1* FREE PLAY on the UNDER UNC/Minnesota.

Both teams had difficult seasons last year, and each has plenty of question marks coming into this season.

Last year UNC beat Minnesota by a score of 31-13 at Chapel Hill, and we're anticipating a lower-scoring outcome here as well.

QB Drake Maye is gone from UNC, so it's a battle still between Conner Harrell and Max Johnson. There is some uncertainty for sure at the most important position. Geoff Collins was brought in to fix a defense that finished 12th in the ACC last year.

The Gophers have a new QB in Max Brosmer, who was the FCS leading pass with New Hampshire last year. Minnesota was tenth best in the Big Ten defensively last year, after finishing Top 10 in the nation in that department in 2022.

Everything points to these offenses struggling out of the gate, while each team will be putting an added emphasis onto the defensive side.

I say this number is a little high, so the play is the UNDER.
