VERY EARLY SITUATIONAL TOTAL - HIGH NOON START!
(MLB) Giants (SFG) vs. Nationals (WAS),
Total: 9.00 | -110.00 Under
Result: Loss
Total: 9.00 | -110.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is an 8* SITUATIONAL TOTAL on the UNDER Giants/Nationals.
This is the finale of a four-game series. I, unfortunately, had the UNDER in yesterday's contest, and while that prediction came up short, I do now finally love how this early start game sets up to be a low-scoring "duel."
We have two decent starters going head-to-head here, and everything points to these guys "stealing the show" in my opinion.
The visitors hand the ball to Kyle Harrison (6-5, 4.09 ERA), who is coming off his first poor start in a while, allowing six runs over four innings in a loss to the Reds. Previous to that "brain fart" though, he'd conceded just two runs over 17 innings spanning three starts. Look for Harrison to return to form here in the Nation's capital.
The home side counters with Davidjohn Herz (2-4, 4.27), who is coming off a gem vs. the hard-hitting Brewers, allowing one run with six K's over five innings.
While the last two games of this series have flown well OVER the number, everything points to this "get-a-way" game staying well UNDER.
Good luck, NP
