Today I am taking the New York Yankees as home favorites against the Boston Red Sox. Luis Severino has been on a roll since the All-Star break, allowing one or no earned runs in each of his last five starts. He has earned the win in four straight starts and I expect today to be number 5, The Yankees have been up and down in the second half but are still in very good position on all fronts. They are 3.5 behind Boston but have a 3 game lead over Minnesota, who is currently in the 2nd wildcard spot. Take New York as they get another big time performance from Severino.
