Taking UTAH STATE here. Right off the bat I am fading Northern Illinois here. These guys were thisclose to blasting their way into another BCS Bowl before Bowling Green ruined their dream season. How excited are they to be playing Utah State. The fact that Utah State is favored in some spots shows you the lack of focus the odds-makers feel about about the Huskies. Maybe NIU feels disrespected. I dunno. I just can't see their excitement about playing in the Poinsettia Bowl. The Aggies have a solid defense. Again. After being 12-0 and looking at a b2b BCS trip, I have to think the Huskies will be flat while Utah State will be looking to relish in an underdog roll. 4* Money-Maker UTAH STATE
