Going OVER the total here. I know we all expect Teddy Football to put up good offensive numbers tonight. As we all know, UL has an 'explosive' offense putting up over 44ppg. But as Lee Corso says. Not so fast my friends. Let's not overlook a Rutgers offense that is averaging 40ppg also. This series has gone over 5 of the last 7 games. UL has gone under lately, but I attribute that to the fact they have faced teams that have a combined record of 2-13 SU so far this season. The Rutgers pass defense is terrible. They just got into a shoot-out with SMU (55-52). Secondary gave up 5 passing TDs there. They also gave up 5 in week 1 to Fresno through the air in a 52-51 loss. My point with those 2 games is simple. Teddy Bridgewater is better than Gilbert and Carr. UL was clearly going through the motions in their 30-7 win last week with Temple. Rutgers gives up nearly 28ppg and I think UL will get to the mid 40s here. Rutgers QB Nova is good enough to put up 20+ for us and get us this winner. 8* Sure-Shot OVER Rutgers/Louisville
