Going UNDER the total. I know the Philly defense has not been good lately - but can we really believe in the Tampa offense? The last 2 weeks is has been anemic. And Philly. 31 + 33 vs Arizona and the Giants. The Bucs actually have a decent defense. And if we look over the last 6 games for the Eagles, we see those 2 30pt outbursts - but how about 10-17-13-19 in 4 other games.
