Stephen Nover Free NHL Tuesday Play
(NHL) Detroit vs. Ottawa,
Total: 6.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Loss
These teams certainly are familiar with each other after playing last night with the Senators defeating the Red Wings, 6-2. Expect a much lower-scoring game in the rematch.

The Red Wings dug their grave by taking six penalties during the first two periods. Ottawa has the fifth-best power play in the NHL and the Senators exploited the man advantage.

Detroit will be looking to bounce back with a high degree of concentration, motivation and knowing the need to play a cleaner hockey game. The Red Wings will be playing for the third time in four days so their pace should be more deliberate than up-tempo. The Under is 7-2-1 the past 10 times Detroit has played for the third time in four days.

The Red Wings also are expected to have their No. 1 goalie, Ville Husso, back in net. He didn't play last night.

The Red Wings are giving up an average of 1.6 goals the last three times Husso has been in goal.

Ottawa has played solid defensively the past two games giving up two goals in each game.
