There's a strong possibility we get backup goalies here. But I still like the Under at this high of a total with the way these defenses have been playing defense and their penalty kill units.

The Jets give up the sixth-fewest goals per game and are No. 2 in the NHL in killing penalties. Winnipeg has allowed two or fewer goals in four of its last six games. The Jets, though, have been held to two or fewer goals in three of their last four games.

Discount scoring five goals against the Ducks and the Flyers are averaging one goal per game during their last three games. Philadelphia has surrendered 3 or fewer goals in nine of its last 12 games. 

Don't look for an up-tempo game with both teams playing without rest and for the third time in four days. The Under is 6-0-1 the past seven times the Jets have played without rest. The Under also is 11-1-1 the last 13 times the Jets have been in action for the third time in four days.

Note, too, the Under is 6-2-1 during the past nine meetings between the two teams.
