Detroit Mercy isn't playing well, losers of five of its last six games. The Titans' only win during this span came against Green Bay, which is 2-15 and one of the worst teams in the Horizon League.

Northern Kentucky has a winning record on the season and plays much stronger defense than Detroit Mercy.

The Titans also are weak on the road with a 2-9 mark. They have failed to cover 11 of their last 15 away contests going back to last season.

I believe the class difference between Northern Kentucky and Detroit Mercy is higher than this point spread, especially with the Norse playing at home.
