Jedd Gyorko left mid-way through last night's game with cramps in his left leg. The Cardinals are using a lot of recent minor league call-ups.

The pitching matchup is Jose Urena versus Lance Lynn. Both pitchers have been solid. Urena hasn't given up more than three earned runs during any of his last five starts. Lynn has a winning home record to go with a 3.09 ERA at Busch Stadium. He is 4-0 lifetime versus the Marlins.
