Sometimes emotions can be tricky as you never know which way they will go. Miami has to be a bit distracted here after a massive hurricane just devastated their state. I feel that will weigh on them some here. I also feel that the Fish have little left in the tank after their first three games. They started the year with a game against their heated rivals New England, before an amazing 4th quarter comeback against the Ravens, and then finally taking down Buffalo in another emotional game. Miami has to be spent for this one and the Bengals will show no mercy. They are off to a rough 1-2 start, so this is a huge game for them. I also feel that the Cincinnati passing game will have a huge day against Miami's 31st-ranked pass defense. the Dolphins have a slight edge on offense, but the Bengals have a bigger edge on defense and they are the home team, where they always play well. Lastly, the Dolphins are 3-14 ATS in their last 17 games in Week 4. while the Bengals are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 vs. AFC.
