Kyle McCord is dynamic offensively enough to keep the Orange in this game. Pittsburgh under QB Holstein have been stellar up to now remaining undefeated, but haven’t blown anybody out in any of their games against quality opponents. Their winning margin has been by one score or less in most of their games this season with quality teams. McCord will be able to throw on the Panther’s secondary to keep them in the game and this game will see back and forth scoring where it could come down to the last play. Syracuse is averaging 365 passing yards per game and the Panthers rank near the bottom of the nation in defending the pass. Syracuse has also played a stronger schedule than the Panthers so far who struggled with their offense against Cal last week and were held to just 17 points. Both teams are more evenly matched in this game and this is a generous amount of points. Last season Syracuse beat the Panthers 28-13. Pittsburgh is 1-4 ATS as a favorite of 3.5 to 10 points at home in the last two seasons also.
