(NCAAF) Cornhuskers (NEB) vs. Hoosiers (IU),
Point Spread: -6.50 | -110.00 Hoosiers (IU) (Home)
Result: Win
Indiana has surprised all season with the talent they have on the team, half of them coming from James Madison’s team and Cignetti has been solid as a coach. Nebraska has been inconsistent so far and they aren’t generating a lot of offense, only 22 points on average in their last three games while Indiana is putting up on average 50 plus points while at home. Nebraska has had five home games and has been on the road once where they beat a bad Purdue team 28-10. They still let Purdue put 10 points on them and now they are on the road for the second time against a much better opponent. Nebraska is 0-2 against the spread on the road off a home win in the last three seasons. This is also a look ahead spot for Nebraska who have Ohio State on deck so they may not bring their best game in this spot. Indiana has been a powerhouse and has demonstrated that they can travel far and win on the road as well as at home. Indiana has Washington on deck but will be at home so that will not be an issue for them. Indiana's defense should play a big role in keeping Nebraska off the scoreboard. Nebraska is 2-5 straight up in their last 7 games against an opponent in the Big Ten and they are 0-5-1 ATS in their last 6 games against an opponent in the BIG Ten East division. Indiana is 20-11 against the spread at home as a favorite of 3.5 to 10 points. Indiana is 13-5 against the spread after 3 or more consecutive straight up wins.

Best bet: lay the points with Indiana.
