South Alabama is off a bye and they are at home in an advantageous spot. Troy has played terribly up til now, 0-6 straight up so far, and are winless on the road.They have struggled with their offense in every game while their defense has been steady. Troy is usually one of the better teams in the conference but they lost a lot of production in the off season and have struggled in every game. They are in a bad road spot and are facing a rested team with a mobile QB in Gio Lopez and a dangerous RB named Fluff Bothwell, who will outplay this team on offense. This team has put up some scary numbers on offense and they can run up the score quickly on this Trojans team, while having a comparable defense. The Trojans played two high octane offensive teams in Memphis and the Texas State Bobcats earlier this season and fell behind early and couldn’t catch up. This will be more of the same. Troy is 0-2 against the spread off a home loss against a conference rival. The Jaguars should win this game comfortably.
