Oregon is off a bye week and they have looked much better in their last game versus Oregon State and that was on the road. Oregon's playing its first Big 10 conference game against a familiar opponent, UCLA, that they have played before, and the travel isn’t bad either for the Ducks in this spot. Oregon is 6-0 against the spread when they are favorites between 21 and 31 points. UCLA has been in disarray since Chip Kelly left. They already have bad losses to LSU 34-17, and allowed Indiana to beat them 42-13 at home. Oregon is a much better team and they will want to run up the score for the committee so they should win and cover in this spot.
