This game is going to be a defensive battle with long drives on both sides, chewing down the clock as well. Washington’s offense hasn’t been as strong this season and they only put up 30 points twice, and one of those was against a weaker FCS team, so there are concerns there that Rutgers will keep them hemmed in this game. QB Will Rogers has not been impressive this season. This game is also a look ahead spot for Washington who has the rematch national title game next week with Michigan who they host, and they may not be as invested in this game and may overlook the Scarlet Knights. Rutgers has been very good in taking down strong teams this season and will be the strongest defense that the Huskies have seen.
