This game features a good pitching matchup between Junis and Cantillo. Junis has been solid for the Reds as a starter. Even though the team has lost his last three starts, his ERA is still good at 2.61 and a WHIP of 0.839, and he only gave up 2 earned runs in 16 innings of work, striking out 9 batters. Cantillo's ERA is 4.63 but that is deceiving because it's much better at home with an ERA of 2.40 and a WHIP of 1.067. In his last two starts he only gave up 2 runs in 9 innings of work. The Reds have also cooled off with their offense in the last few weeks. Both bullpens are good so this game should not see a lot of runs and there is value in the Under.
