Fairleigh Dickinson is coming into this game with an 8-11 record this season and they have not been playing well in their recent games. They have won their last 2 straight games but they also have 6 losses in their last 8 games as well. This is not the same team that went to the NCAA Tournament last season as they are much worse and even their last 2 wins were not that impressive either. They are coming off of a win in their last game against a 5-12 Saint Francis team and their win prior to that was against a 2-17 Stonehill team in a game they needed OT to beat them at home. Now they are going up against Stonehill again but this time FDU is on the road where they have not been as good, losing 2 of their last 3 as well as 6 of their last 9 games on the road. Stonehill is 2-17 this season and has been awful as they have lost their last 6 straight games, but they have been playing much better in the conference. They are 0-4 in the conference but they are going to be hungry for their 1st conference win of the season at home here since they have been playing much better in their last 3 games. They are coming off of a 10 point loss on the road against Wagner in their last game but prior to that they almost beat FDU on the road, sending that game to OT, and they also lost by 5 points to LIU. Stonehill is going to have some extra incentive in this game since they did lose to FDU just last week so they will be hungry to get their revenge and their 1st conference win this season with the confidence of knowing they almost beat FDU on the road in their meeting last week.
