Sacramento State is coming into this game with a 3-8 record this season and they have not been playing well in their recent games. They are coming off of a win in their last game which was at home against a school who is not in Division I, but they have also lost 3 of their last 4 as well as 6 of their last 8 games. They have 3 wins this season and 2 were against schools not in Division I while the other came on the road against UC Davis who has not been good this season either. They have also been awful on the road this season as they are 1-4 on the road with all 4 of those losses coming by 10+ points. They are going up against an Idaho team that is 6-6 this season and has lost their last 2 straight games, but both of those losses were on the road and they have still won 3 of their last 5 games as well. They have been much better at home this season as they are 4-2 there with all 4 of their wins coming by 10+ points while their 2 losses there were against an 8-5 Denver team and a 9-3 Cal State Northridge team. Sacramento State has been awful in all of their games this season while Idaho has been playing much better and has been very strong at home. Idaho is the much better team here and they are going to get up for this 1st conference game of the season at home. Idaho will cover the spread in this game.
