I’m on the Rockets -8.5 @ home vs the Hawks for these reasons:

- Rockets have been rolling and recently ended their win streak in a loss to the Denver Nuggets. This is a great bounce back spot for the Rockets vs a Hobbled Hawks team that are due for a loss after going on a 3 game win streak but have only beaten a Warriors team without Curry, the 76ers and Hornets.

- Hawks are not a good road team and will be an even worse team with an unfit Trae Young who’s playing with an Achilles injury.

- Rockets elite defense will be the biggest factor to the injuries that the Hawks are playing with, being that the Rockets have shown no weakness in that regard, and have improved great on the offensive end where they struggled to open the season.
