The #6 Tennessee Volunteers have won four straight but have a tough matchup Saturday a they take on an angry #11 Georgia Bulldogs. The Bulldogs are coming off a loss to Ole Miss and can’t afford another loss. The Vols are tied for first in the SEC while Georgia is 4th at 5-2. Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava has completed 65.2% of his passes with 11 touchdowns and four interceptions. Iamaleava and leading rusher Dylan Sampson are listed as questionable for the Georgia game. Both are expected to give it a go. Tennessee is putting up 37.6 points per game while allowing 12.6. Georgia is just 2-7 against the number this season. Carson Beck has completed 65.4% of his passes with 17 touchdowns but has 12 interceptions. Running back Trevor Etienne is expected to miss this game with an injury. Georgia is putting up 30.6 points per game while allowing 18.4. The Bulldogs have won 7 straight over Tennessee. If both Iamaleava and Sampson play, this line is just nuts, especially the way Beck has been playing under center for Georgia. Tennessee’s D has allowed just 12.6 points per game this season with Arkansas scoring the most with 19 when they beat the Vols. This is too many points to be laying with a team that has shown an inability to cover the number.
