Penn State is sitting 3rd in the AP Polls while the Buckeyes are 4th. Ohio State is 3-4 ATS while PSU is 3-4 ATS. OSU QB Will Howard has thrown for 17 touchdowns to just 4 interceptions. The Buckeyes have the best scoring margin in the Nation at +28.4. The #3 Penn State Nittany Lions are 1 of 8 undefeated FBS teams remaining and 1 of 3 from the BIG10. QB Drew Allar will likely be a game-time decision for the Nittany Lions. Beau Pribula looked good when he came in last week against Wisconsin. The defense is giving up just 14.3 points per game. Both teams have struggled to win big games as of late and both Day and Franklin would like to get the monkey off their back. OSU beat PSU last year 20-12 as 4-point favorites and have won 9 of the last 10, including 7 in a row. OSU’s defense is allowing 11.9 points per game. OSU’s rush defense is 6th-ranked against the run and I see PSU running the ball a lot, especially if Allar can’t go. I am going with the Buckeyes in this one as I will take Day over Franklin any day of the week.
