The Islander has been struggling on the offensive end of the ice. They have scored two or fewer goals in nine of the last 10 games including last night in a 2-1 win over the Flyers. They rank just 25th in goals per game and 21st in shots. The defensive end of the ice is another story. They rank eighth in goals against per game. Netminder Ilya Sorokin has a 2.38 GAA and .923 SV%. Seattle basically has the same type of team. They rank 16th in goals against and third in shots against per game. The Isles be on the second game of a back-to-back but will have their best goaltender between the pipes. I am looking for a low-scoring game, much like last night's Isles game.
