The Rose Bowl finishes off the Bowl season and will feature Penn State from the Big 10 and Utah from the PAC 12. Utah will be motivated in this one after losing the Rose Bowl last season. They covered four of their final five games. Penn State will be without its top wide receiver and its top cornerback. January has not been kind to the Nittany Lions as they have lost thier last six games played in the month. Utah has gone 11-4 in bowl games under coach Kyle Whittingham.
