The Louisville Cardinals will take on the Florida State Seminoles in an ACC matchup. Louisville has covered the spread in five of the last six meetings dating back to 2016. FSU went 5-7 last season and 4-4 in the ACC. They opened the season with a 47-7 win over Duquesne and a 24-23 win over LSU. The Nole's offense is averaging 246 passing yards and 269 rushing yards a game. On the defensive side, they are giving up just 140 passing yards and 116 rushing yards a game. Louisville went 6-7 overall and 4-4 in the ACC in 2021. Louisville opened the season with a 31-7 road loss against Syracuse and ten took care of Central Florida 20-14. The Cardinal's offense is putting up 199 passing and 181.5 rushing yards a game so far this season. On the defensive side, they are giving up 186 passing and 208 rushing yards a game. Florida State does have more talent on paper. Louisville goes as Malik Cunningham goes and so far this season he has been a little up and down. FSU has had time to prepare for this game and u expect them to have a plan in place to slow Cunningham down. The Noles have covered five of their last six road games. The Seminoles are allowing 15.0 points a game and are scoring 35.5 points a game. Florida State will pound the ball against a Louisville defense that allows 207 rushing yards a game. Florida State gets a road win in this one.
