Tyler Shough was the starting QB but was injured last week and will not play. Donovan Smith will likely start this game. He did start a few games last season and had 1181 passing yards. Texas Tech beat Houston 38-21 in the season opener last season. Houston will have a little bit of revenge on their mind and had to deal with a tough game in their opener. I think Houston has a good chance to win outright but am taking the points in what I expect to be a close game.
