NBA TOTAL ANNIHILATION
(NBA) Miami vs. LA Lakers,
Total: 216.50 | -102.00 Under
Result: Loss
The Miami Heat have been known in the bubble for their defense and clutch shooting and neither showed up in their 116-98 loss in Game 1. Jimmy Butler had 23 points and five assists. Kendrick Nunn scored 18 off the bench and Tyler Herro chipped in with 14 points on just six of 18 shooting. As a team, they shot 11 of 35 from the 3-point line. Goran Dragic had just six points in 15 minutes before leaving with a torn plantar fascia in his left foot while Bam Adebayo scored just eight points before leaving the game with a left shoulder strain.

Los Angeles Lakers had everything going in Game 1 and will look to keep that going in Game 2. Anthony Davis had a huge night, going for 34 points, with nine rebounds, five assists, and three blocks. LeBron James added 25 points with 13 rebounds and nine assists. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope chipped in with 13 points. As a team, they shot 15 of 38 from the 3-point line. The Lakers controlled the boards, outrebounded the Heat 62-40.

Head to head, the under is 10-1 in the last 11 meetings in Los Angeles and the under is 5-1 in the last six meetings overall. If the Heat is to get back in this it will have to be done on the defensive end. The Heat will struggle on the offensive end if Dragic and Bam can't go or are not at 100%. I like this game to go UNDER the total.

Play on the UNDER.
