This will be Game for of a five-game set between the Chicago Cubs and the St. Louis Cardinals. Chicago took the first game but dropped Saturday's doubleheader. The Cardinals will look to build on the momentum from Saturday's doubleheader by sending Dakota Hudson to the mound. Hudson has made five starts this season and has posted a 1-2 record with a 2.77 ERA with 23 strikeouts in 26.0 innings.

The Cubs didn't get much from their starters yesterday and will hope to get more out of starter Jon Lester today. Lester has made seven starts this season and has posted a 2-1 record with a 5.11 ERA with 25 strikeouts in 37.0 innings.

Hudson went seven innings and allowed just one run and four hits in his last outing. Lester did not fare as well, allowing five runs on eight hits in 5.1 innings. The Cubs used the pen a lot yesterday so if they have to go to it today it could spell trouble. I like the Cards to keep things going and they have the better pitcher at te moment.
