The Chicago White Sox are coming off a come from behind win over the Minnesota Twins 8-5. Luis Robert had a big night going 2 for 4 with a home run, a double with two RBIs. Jose Abreu, Adam Engel, and Nomar Mazara each had two RBIs. Lucas Giolito coming off a no-hitter allowed two earned runs on four hits while striking out eight in five innings. The Sox have been on a nice run and will look to keep it going with Dallas Keuchel getting the call. He is 5-2 with a 2.70 ERA and 26 strikeouts this season.

The Minnesota Twins lost leads of 4-0 and 5-4 to drop Game 1 of their series with Chicago. Miguel Sano had a solo home run while going 2 for 3 for the game. Michael Pineda will make his first start of the season. Last season he was 11-5 with a 4.01 ERA and 140 strikeouts last season.


Chicago is 8-1 in their last 9 games within the division and 11-2 in their last 13 games overall. Minnesota is 0-6 in their last 6 games overall and 1-9 in their last 10 games as a home underdog. The Sox bats have been hot for a while and they are facing a pitcher making his first start. Keuchel has pitched well for the Sox and should keep the Twins bats quiet enough for the Sox bats to get to Pineda.
